Drivey drivey to granny granny

As I have stated below kids do cool things, all over the world, and we love them for that. In Finland they shoot people, in the US they shoot people, in Australia they shoot people feed animals and in Japan they drive cars.

Kid, 9, felt lonely. Loneliness having overcome him, he decided granny’s the way to go and the solution to his problems. Ergo he jumped in the car of his parents which had the key conveniently placed in the ignition, and off he went.

How?

“I learned from my father’s driving and at game arcades,” Kyodo News quoted the boy as telling police.

Result?

The police received a call from a passer-by who reported having seen a driver-less car running down the street, as the boy was apparently too short to be seen from outside the vehicle, a police spokesman said.

Conclusion?

The police found the car in a convenience store parking lot, after the pint-sized motorist had lost his way. They warned the boy’s parents to keep a closer eye on their car, the spokesman added.

I would’ve rewarded him. Full day at the track. In an Ariel Atom. `nuff said.

Kid shot dad. And dad’s buddy.

Here at Bedroom Republik we love kids. We love them because they taste just like chicken. And because they do cool things like feed animals to crocodiles, operate guns and cars(there’s one coming about that too). We just love them because they’re so adorable. Take this new kid, for example, from Arizona. He was taught by his old man how to shoot a .22 caliber rifle and then he proved his dad how good a shot he was by killing him. Incidentally there was another guy around the house, so the kid decided to show him to how good he can shoot guns so he killed the other man too. Then he went to their neighbours’ house and said “I think daddy’s deady” or something along those lines.

What do the police say?

The boy, who faces two counts of premeditated murder, did not act on the spur of the moment, St. Johns Police Chief Roy Melnick said. Police are looking into whether he might have been abused. “We’re going to use every avenue of the law that’s available to us, but we’re also looking at the human side,” he said.

What about the kid?

The boy’s lawyer, Benjamin Brewer, said his client is generally in good spirits. “He’s scared,” he said. “He’s trying to be tough, but he’s scared.”

And about the investigation?

Melnick said police got a confession, but Brewer said police overreached in questioning the boy without representation from a parent or attorney and did not advise him of his rights. – without representation from a parent? Post mortem? Is that possible?

Kid shot himself

For some strange reason, Yahoo thinks I’m from Boston and it therefore shows me all kinds of local news, like this one. That’s how I learned about the 8 year old kid that shot himself. In the head. With a fully automatic gun. A machine gun, actually. Uzi.

“Witnesses state that he was shooting the weapon down range when the force of the weapon made it travel up and back toward his head, where he suffered the injury,” the police statement read.

And this under his dad’s supervision.

The boy’s father was at the event and accompanied him to the hospital, police said.

I think all kids should be allowed to play with Uzi machine guns. I even suggest let them play without supervision from an adult. Less risk of injury for the responsible ones.

7 year old boy feeds live animals to crocodile

Kid jumping over the fenceSYDNEY, Australia – A 7-year-old boy broke into a popular Outback zoo, fed a string of animals to the resident crocodile and bashed several lizards to death with a rock, the zoo’s director said Friday. The child then went on a killing spree, bashing three lizards to death with a rock, including the zoo’s beloved, 20-year-old goanna, which he then fed to “Terry,” an 11-foot, 440-pound saltwater crocodile, said Neindorf.

The boy also fed several live animals to Terry by throwing them over the two fences surrounding the crocodile’s enclosure, at one point climbing over the outer fence to get closer to the giant reptile. By the time he was done, 13 animals worth around $5,500 had been killed, including a turtle, bearded dragons and thorny devil lizards, Neindorf said. Although none were considered rare, some are difficult to replace, he said.

And he’s just 7? He sounds promising…
